I love geography, anthropology, and minimalist music. I spend my nights and mornings in a Redwood forest atop Kings Mountain, CA. One time, I almost died while filming on an illegal fishing boat in the open ocean, but my Mom thinks I'm being dramatic.

I began my life in Boston and my career at Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, Oregon. Since then, I've worked in commercials, episodic TV, documentaries, and online media. Ultimately, I've learned that a coalescence of intimacy, trust, and profundity yield enlightening nonfiction narratives. I manifest this belief from deep research to pre-interviews, to the the use of a 50mm prime lens.

As an editor during the founding years of MasterClass, I co-developed the editorial styles for classes and trailers in a new genre of online media. During my first class edit, I worked alongside director Werner Herzog on his living room couch.

My films have played at festivals worldwide, including the 2016 Sundance Film Festival. My work has been featured in publications such as The New York Times, Variety, The Guardian, and VICE, culminating +100 MM views. I am currently in development on my first feature documentary, and available for contract filming or editing positions.
